By bad chad from grass valley on 05/18/2009 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, Strap Chafes Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Going Out, Travel Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: straps are really tight and don't adjust enough to loosen out. need to endure the blisters before they fit well
By photographer from North Carolina on 05/13/2009 Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The buckle operation is the problem - difficult to click and un-click; worse because of needing to bend down to reach below your heel. Once they are on, comfortable and sturdy. Then getting them off is trouble all over again.
By CBass from Yellville AR on 05/12/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The latch was new on me, but I like the blacked out look. Look a lot like chacos to me.
Very comfortable, but................... By Nemo from Seattle, Wa on 05/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Cons: Quick release awkward Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This sandal is very comfortable with little breaking in period/no hot spots once you get them on. I do not like the quick release button on the side of the sandal near the heel (why?), and the design for the clasp for loosening and tightening the strap could be bigger/easier to use. (Chaco sandal clasp is much better-simple but effective.) I am wearing one pair now to see how durable they are and have ordered another for my annual two month vacation in South America. Also, I am wondering if the end of the strap near the heel quick release button will hold over time? But for the price, they are great.....................
Not Like my old Tevas, but they're good By Kay from Hudson Valley on 05/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Best Uses: Everyday Wear, Fishing, Hiking Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: the fancy release button for the strap requires a lot of effort to open. I guess it should'nt be easy to release but sometimes i wonder if i'll get 'em open at all.
Now I know why they are 3-years old... By Sandal kind of guy from Seattle, WA on 05/05/2009 Describe Yourself: Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The "quick release" Teva refers to is a 'button' in the side of the sole of the sandal; when pushed, part of the strapping (attached to a plastic clip) is released. I did not trust its design knowing the demands I place on my footwear.....sand, silt, mud etc. could easily clog the mechanism thus rendering the sandal useless. Additionally, there is a heal 'strap' that contains a hard plastic which pinched my ankle. I do not consider my feet of an odd size so I could easily see others having the same problem.
No adjustments in forestraps By Sisyphean from Sedro-Woolley, WA on 05/01/2009 Cons: Irregular Fit, Strap Chafes Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These sport sandals would be fine for those with narrower feet. There's no adjustment to the webbing of the forward straps and even if there were, the mounting locations would cause them to wrap back under your feet and sure to create blisters.
Other than that, the quality is fine for the price point of this product. The construction appears to be such that I would've anticipated it to be long wearing.

By HeavyEther from Jacksonville, FL on 04/29/2009 Pros: Lightweight, Stylish Cons: Too Stiff, Uncomfortable Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear a 11.5 in other Tevas, bought these in 12... can barely get them on my feet. Sized probably one full size too small!
