This is a great shoe and the price is unbelievable. I took them straight from the box and power walked a mile and a half. You would think I owned these shoes for a while. No need to break them in and the fit was perfect.

It has been snowing in Colorado since I got these but I tried them on and forgot I was wearing them so that is a really good sign. I can tell they have way more support then the regular sneakers I wore last time I went hiking, my ankles were killing me afterwards. I am really looking forward to using these out on the trails. Awesome shoes
By HoundMomVerified Reviewer from California on 04/06/2009
Pros:
Comfortable/No Break-In, Great Traction
Best Uses:
Everyday
Describe Yourself:
Recreational Walker/Hiker
Bottom Line:

Comments:
These shoes are fabulously comfy! But be aware that they are not comfy right out of the box. When I first put them on, they were a little stiff, but within 30 minutes or so they were great. Light weight. Nice looking. Great traction. I intend to use these for every day wear and also for Agility classes.

True Trail Running Shoes - no blisters!
By TwoTmichVerified Reviewer from Chicago, IL on 02/08/2009
Pros:
Comfortable/No Break-In, Durable, Great Traction, Stabilizes Foot
Cons:
A bit heavy on foot
Best Uses:
All Weather Conditions, Mixed Terrain, Muddy Conditions, Rocky/Unstable Terrain
Describe Yourself:
Competitive Athlete, Recreational Walker/Hiker, Trail Jogger
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments:
I tested these new shoes with a 10-mile trail run on the hilly terrain of Marin County, CA. Right out of the box they fit my feet wonderfully - no blisters and my feet felt fully supported. We ran on lots of uneven surfaces, with several steep angles and the shoe grabbed the surfaces wonderfully. I also took them out for a run on the snowy trails just south of Chicago this past weekend and the shoes worked remarkably well in the snow and seemed to be fairly waterproof. An added bonus! The only negative was that the are a bit heavy on the feet, and I would never consider using them for running on roads. These are strictly off-road shoes in my opinion.
