By yogamama from Oregon on 06/23/2008 Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Comments: Unfortunately, these were too small so I couldn't try them out. All the great reviews led me to purchase them, but although I ordered my usual size - they felt super tight as well as short. So I really can't say how they feel or perform.
cute shoes--run a little small By mh from Rigby, ID on 06/19/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They were for my daughter. I had to return them because they were a little small. She chose a different shoe to replace them because she wanted blue instead of orange trim on them.
By APJ from south carolina on 06/12/2008 Cons: Feel to big and clunky Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels half size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I thought I'd try a different brand of running shoes since I have been hooked on Brooks for a while now. The Ryka brand stated that it was narrower in the heel and made for a woman's foot which was appealing to me. I often get blisters with most of the running shoes out there. When I tried them on I could already tell they would slip on my heel and cause blisters. They felt nice and cushioned, but just not for my narrow foot.
I would buy this product again By runner/cosmetologist from thomasville, georgia on 06/04/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Fast, Good Traction, Lightweight Best Uses: Pavement, Track Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a foot that pronates and this is the only running shoe that I have found I can use and not hurt my feet. If you have a narrow heel, this is a great shoe.
By Runnin' Girl from Denver on 05/28/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels full size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Ive worn Rykas for years, and always bought a size 9. When I ordered 9's on the internet they were about 3/4 inch longer than usual...WAY TOO BIG. I thought I could get by with wearing an extra sock, but they were still huge. Kept one pair because they were worn outside and returned the other. Major disappointment.
