By SmartAleq from PNW on 04/05/2009 Pros: Arch Support, Comfortable/No Break-In, Durable, Great Traction, Shock-Absorbent, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: Everyday, Mixed Terrain, Muddy Conditions, Rocky/Unstable Terrain Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I especially like these because they aren't garishly colored with spangles and bizarre random pink stripes all over them the way most women's running/hiking shoes are these days. They're durable, comfortable, stylish and match my rain jacket. They hide dirt well, too, after a muddy hike.
I would buy this product again and again By nandadevi from South Korea on 04/02/2009 Best Uses: All Weather Conditions Describe Yourself: Trail Jogger Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
By Buttercup the Thinker from Salt Lake City, UT on 03/30/2009 Pros: Durable, Stabilizes Foot Cons: Not flexible, Too narrow Best Uses: Rocky/Unstable Terrain Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Beautiful sturdy shoe, but I am returning them beacause of the narrow toe box. These use UK sizing, not American, so look up a size chart for this brand to find your size. Two whole sizes down is about right, and remember they run narrow.
By loyal stp consumer from cedar falls IA on 03/23/2009 Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: loved the look, but had to return due to size I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 and the 6.5 were too big. I'm sure a 6 would have fit, but not available. I was disappointed in returning as I really like them.
By brayer girl from Napa, CA on 02/20/2009 Pros: Arch Support, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: All Weather Conditions, Everyday, Mixed Terrain, Paved Trails, Rocky/Unstable Terrain Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I've sent this shoe back twice because of being two small. I read past reviews before I purchased and still couldn't get it right. I really like the way the shoe looks and seems well made. The last shoe I tried I wasn't sure if it was to short or the toe box was narrow so I gave up and exchanged it for a brand that I was sure would fit.
Great! Be sure to check sizing reviews. I ordered size 7 and they fit very well. I've only worn them a couple times, but they seem to have great support in rigid conditions. Also great for transition weather.

Thank you, everyone! I am a size 8.5 and bought a size 7. They fit perfect. I have worn them on day hikes where I'm not carrying a lot of weight and I didn't get any blisters nor were my feet sore. Very rugged and comfy at the same time.
