good all-around trail shoe By Big Daddy from Denver, CO on 01/25/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Padding, Versatile Best Uses: Pavement, Trails, Wet Conditions, Winter Conditions Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Stiff sole, without being to stiff, thus good all-around trail shoe. Also with aggressive tread, and with enough cushion for street running. I use them for pretty much for all conditions. Currently running on street and dirt, with snow and ice cover. Not as good as the all time best, 5 star, trail/street running shoe... the Brooks Trespass, which is sadly no longer around. I am about 200#, run about 12 miles/week, neutral to slight over-pronator.
By animadistribution from South carolina on 12/28/2007 Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Purchesed these shoes last year. I have spent most of the past year overseas in Africa and had the chance to run on some very rocky trails and rough roads. This shoe does a very good job of cushining against rocks and terrain. It has a wide shoe box expecially in the toe region, which I like alot! I was surprised at how comfortable these shoes where after not being happy with my last 2 pairs of New Balance's. Unfortunitly there not waterproof, but they due breath well. Recommend for very rocky, off road running..
