Comments:
What a wonderful pair of shoes! Comfortable with a solid grip, and although it was a bit heavier than my previous one, it is just perfect. Going up or down it provides great support and it hugs my feet without cramping them. My feet are wide and it fitted me perfectly. My only complain is the color, since it is very light it looks really dirty after a day of hiking... next time I'll get a darker one.

Bought this shoe on my constant search for a wide shoe. Amazingly, this shoe fit my super wide feet. The toe box is nice and wide, so for once, my toes are not squished. Very comfortable, I'm on my feet all day. Haven't tried it hiking yet, but expect it to perform nicely, for a light shoe. Get this if you have wide feet!!!

At this time, I've worn them very casual- day to day. I was pleasantly surprised, the test will be on a trip this summer to Alaska. I've owned Merrell hiking boots in the past and was happy, so decided to stay with them on this purchase.

-LOVE these hiking shoes. -Used them for the first time today with my hiking club on a 5 mile hike-- up hill--- the shoes couldn't have been more comfortable! Did get my feet wet crossing a stream, but the shoe dried fast.

Got these shoes for my wife as a present. She loves them. We go camping and hiking a lot and she says they are very comfortable. We got the light blue trim color and they look nice, a bit more feminine than the basic browns.

I was really impressed when I put these on. They were extremely comfortable and supportive. I had to go a half size lower, but I am somewhat in between sizes.

I have had a pair of these before, and was delighted to get a new pair at such a great price. I use them for long walks with the dogs (my feet need good support) and on days when I'm going to be doing lots of physical chores and don't want to stop because my feet ache. They're just good, dependable, sturdy shoes and they last a long time. A note: With new shoes of any kind I always take out the insoles and put in a pair I bought at a quality running/hiking shoe store for $20-25. The insoles of these Merrells felt quite comfortable, but I just like using my regular ones -- so I cannot vouch for the insoles with regular use.
