Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent shoe for overpronation. I wear it with Superfeet insoles for additional support. Wears out a bit quicker than its trail counterpart but fairly durable. Relatively light and comfortable--I do most intervals and tempo runs in this trainer.
I bought three pairs of these!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got these because my PT said I should get a pair of everyday stability shoes to help with a tear in my calf muscle. I don't use them for jogging (because I can't jog right now). They are good everyday shoes.
