Very comfortable fit and ride. I have worn the Adrenaline for the past 9 years. The Trance is a definitely more plush but I'm not sure I would pay the full retail price difference between the two.

I am 60 years old, weigh 160 lbs and run/jog 35 miles a week mostly on pavement. This shoe feels great and gets the job done without knee or foot pain. I purchased the Trance 7 - BIG MISTAKE! The Trance 7 is as hard as a rock and should be taken off the market! So, I bought another pair of Trance 6 and love 'em.

Comments:
Run small. I normally take a 10 but had to go to an 11 in these. Get the right size and they're awesome.

I only have a few runs in these, but they're great so far. No real break-in, excellent cushioning, liner is good for going sockless. It had been a while since I've had a pair of Brooks, and I'm very happy I came back. GREAT training shoe.

Great looking shoes that I bought to replace another pair of Brooks. These caused blisters as they were much more narrow in the forefoot. I gave them to my brother after wearing twice - he is very pleased.
