Great shoes, great comfort! By Max fiend from Seattle, WA on 07/24/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Good Padding Best Uses: Pavement, Trails Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like lots of support in my shoes and the Tsubo Panax have that in spades. They're fun and funky; I wear them with slacks and shorts. Have had many compliments.
cute and comfy/runs small By 3pinNan from SLC on 07/24/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Good Padding, Versatile Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels full size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am glad I read the customer reviews that stated the shoe runs about a size too small. I usually wear a 9, but ordered a 10 and they fit perfectly!
By shoe wearer from Oakland, CA on 05/15/2008 Sizing: Feels full size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes are almost a full size smaller than what they're labeled. And even though they don't have much soft cushion, some gel inserts seemed to alleviate that. What I do particularly like is that the toe area doesn't turn upwards very much, as many shoes of similar a style by other manufacturers do. So, because these shoes have a flatter profile, there's less pressure put on the ball of the foot.
Wish I knew the sizing was wrong! By Sacha from Indianapolis, IN, USA on 01/30/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Cute Cons: Euro -- US sizing wrong Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Sizing: Feels full size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I took a chance on these funky shoes and found out that they run small. I ordered a 10, which is my normal size, and my toes touched the front; I noticed the box was marked European 40 and I'm a 41. I would've gladly exchanged them for an 11 but there were none in stock. It's too bad because they were cute and made my big feet look smaller!
lightweight and comfortable By randa from san diego ca on 12/09/2007 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable Best Uses: Pavement, Trails, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Comfortable, soft leather, and good fit when first put on. There is a distinct lack of cushion
in the sole, but not to a point of discomfort. The insole is thick and well made. Haven't done any serious walking in them yet, so can't attest long term walking comfort.
