Great, supportive, comfortable shoes By Jenny from Denver on 03/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Padding Best Uses: Pavement, Trails, Treadmill Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have run in rykas for years. They are the only shoes that I have found that don't hurt my feet/shins. I made the mistake about a year and a half ago of buying them a half size too small and bruised my toenails. Unfortunately I blamed this on the shoes and decided to try other brands. After trying several other pairs of shoes I didn't find anything that made me comfortable. I ordered these shoes and went for my first run in them yesterday. It was the first run I have had in quite a while without foot pain!
