The heel feels a bit too narrow, but so far I haven't had any issue with blistering. My feet feel great after a 90 min workout. The shoe is a terrific value at Sierra prices.

I have worn these shoes for class, and they do fine. There is a lot of good stability in the heel, which I like. I also use them for a step class and there is not much padding in the toes; however, it doesn't seem to make the shoe uncomfortable. I don't think they'd make a good running shoe though. I have run in the past and I like a little more cushion in the sole. Overall, it's a good shoe and I would buy them again.
