They are great on my pedals because the traction grips really well, so these shoes work well for my commute to work on my bike. I ordered the pink/red and I get compliments all the time. Make sure to order a half size smaller and they should work. I still wear wool socks with them because they are roomy but work well with wool socks and not athletic socks. I do not know how well they would do for running since the sole is a little stiff and you would have to wear wool socks. They are great and I love them.

I found them to be comfortable and supportive, with room for my toes. Also the beigy green color is attractive. Have not tried them in the wet yet. Would recommend so far. These run true to size. I have a medium to narrow foot.
