By Dcskimore from San Francisco, CA on 01/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable/No Break-In Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice, comfortable shoes for the $$ however the box said they are trail running shoes - not hikers. There's a difference between the two - so I was a bit dissappointed. However I did some web searching and found that people were indeed using them for hiking purposes and liking them. So we will see. I'm normally and 8 and the 7.5 was just perfect..so I'd go with a half size down only.
By Val from Colorado on 01/05/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable/No Break-In, Fits narrow feet, Great Traction, Stabilizes Foot Cons: Not Durable/Wears Easily Best Uses: All Weather Conditions, Everyday, Mixed Terrain Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like this shoe for cross training; I've had 3 pairs. It fits narrow feet better than most, and provides good traction on moderate to technical trails. It breathes well, and looks good enough for everyday use at the gym or around town. Beware the sticky rubber soles will mark hardwood floors and wear rather quickly.
