Fantastic Fit and Comfort, Really Great By DEWPoint from Philadelphia on 11/01/2009 Pros: Comfortable/No Break-In Best Uses: Everyday, Grass Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Comfortable and enjoyable to wear from the fist that I tried them on. I was concerned about size issue I had with another Raichel boot (I wish I taken Sierra's sizing ½ size advice on another boot) but these were absolutely true to size and perfect fit. Would happily buy another pair of these shoes.

By al from new jerusalem on 06/26/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable/No Break-In, Dries Quickly, Durable, Stabilizes Foot, Traction is ok not great Best Uses: At The Gym, Everyday, Grass, Mixed Terrain, Paved Trails, Rocky/Unstable Terrain Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout, Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: using this for everyday wear
and for work, too, where the traction counts,
and it's just fine. wish it was GREAT,

By PJ from Woodstock, VT on 05/25/2009 Pros: Comfortable/No Break-In, Shock-Absorbent, Stabilizes Foot Best Uses: Everyday, Mixed Terrain Describe Yourself: Recreational Walker/Hiker Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: After much walking with most shoes I have pain in the balls of my feet and my middle toes will go numb. I can walk forever with these shoes with no discomfort.
By Annapurna 1 from Broken Arrow, OK on 08/16/2008 Pros: Breathable, Great Traction Cons: Break in time, Narrow toe box, Not Water Resistant, Not waterproof, Stiff Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This shoe would not be good for backcountry use as morning dew on lawn grass alone quickly penetrates it! Breaking in would take more than a week. It feels like a narrow running shoe attached to stiff Vibram soles. Too narrow for feet after a day walking. This might be good for city park walking only but even the littlest water would soak it quick. I had to return my pair for real mid-hiking/trail running shoes.
By floridahiker from destin, fl on 07/01/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Traction, Non-slip sole, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I actually use these for work in a restuarant. It is very difficult to find white shoes of the hiking type but I am limited to this color via management. I ordered the gray shoes and they work well for me (all of our white shoes eventually turn gray) although I am not using them as per the design. Everybody at work thinks they are cool!

The store in Cheyenne is also a great place to stop and buy!!!
Second pair of sneakers bought here By Timber Wolf from Albany, NY on 05/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction, Non-slip sole Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the second pair of quality sneakers
I've bough from Sierra with a Vibram sole which
is very resistant to ice, water, and oil, and
has good traction. I was happy with the first pair which I use for exercising, and this second pair is used to shovel ice and snow in
the Northeast without slipping on the driveway. Just be careful in choosing the size since both types of sizes are listed: European and U.S.
