Great Bag for a Great Price By Sue from Rhode Island on 07/11/2008 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was very suprised on the quality and size of this bag. I bought the same kind of bag from another big outdoors store for double the price and this one is almost as nice. I had to by 12 bags for the mothers of my sons baseball team and needed to find a cheap version of my other one. But I am extremely satisified ...this one is not CHEAP it is just LESS expensive.
By Hunter's Wife from Lawai, HI on 07/07/2008 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material Best Uses: Picnics, Shopping Tote Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are factory seconds. The seams are imperfect (fabric seams cut crooked and not always sewn in a straight line). The fabric is not as thick and stiff as the Named brand product this mimics. However, for the money, it's worth it. The bag still functions and feels strong. The Named Brand product is overpriced. I'd rather spend this much lower cost and get the lower quality (it's just a bag!!) You still have the function. It's not a high fashion bag. No need to look that pretty.
Not as sturdy? (nice size, though) By bring your own bag from Georgia on 06/27/2008 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought two of these because I love the large bags for groceries and wanted the smaller size for smaller errands. These medium bags are not made the same way as my large ones. The bottom and straps are made of softer material that doesn't seem as sturdy. But I've decided it's good, because I use these bags almost everyday for smaller, lighter things and sometimes as an oversize purse, so it's nice that they're a little softer and more pliable.
Overall, I'm very happy with the bags and the price. I'll have to wait and see if they're as durable as I'd like.

Great for carrying around light items.
Disappointed by the lack of detail.

By Roberta from Campton, NH on 06/12/2008 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material Best Uses: Carrying Art Supplies, Carrying Baby Supplies, Carrying Quilt Supplies, Shopping Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These totes are great for grocery trips. They are strong and can carry a heavy load. When they get dirty they can be thrown in the washer and they come out great. I believe these totes to be an excellent buy!!
Ugly side stitching but otherwise okay By Practical shopper from Northwest corner of Washington state on 06/08/2008 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material Cons: Exposed side seams, Unattractive stitching Best Uses: All-purpose hauling, Going to the beach, Grocery shopping Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got three of these bags in medium and one in large. I have a similar large bag already from a major catalog company [...] and wanted more for grocery-shopping but wasn't willing to pay those prices again. These bags are sturdy enough just like the one I already had, but instead of the side seams being carefully turned into the bag, covered and sewn (so it looks tidy from the outside and the inside), these side seams aren't pretty. The selvedge edges of the fabric are visible inside and outside the bag, since the two pieces of fabric on each side were laid one on the other to overlap, and then were sewn with two seams per side. I'm keeping them since they'll still work great for market shopping and groceries (the medium size is ideal for this use) but they're not as attractive as the one I bought from a catalog.
By Scarhandpiper from Salt Lake City, UT on 06/06/2008 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Standsy upright by itself, Strong Material Describe Yourself: Beginner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this to carry my knitting around in. It doesn't collapse when you set it down. It's the perfect size to hold yarn, needles, pattern and small tools. The handles are upright, ready to grab when it's time to go.
