I wash it every week and it's held up great. It's not very thick, but if you're looking for something to go inside a dog crate for a little padding, I think it's great. It's held up beautifully from washing it every week.

The cushioning is thin but seems nice and doesn't mat down significantly.
Good for travel, great colors. Will fit perfectly in the travel crate. Not as thick as a bed I'd use at home, but will be ideal for travel, in the crate or otherwise (e.g., mom's house, hotel room). Lightweight and folds to store in a small space. Ideally, it would come with a coordinating bag to carry it in. Cool colors and soft plush fabric.

Our big weimaraner (hunting breed like a pointer) is really too big for the extra large. Get a size up. Not thick enough on its own but nice for travel or as a
'pillow top" on a thicker pad.
Don't put it in the dryer! Don't put in in the dryer because ours shrank a lot and now we need a larger size.

extra large is a misnomer for this size.
