The batteries were dead. For the price, though, there were just barely enough items to make it worth buying.

Not very high end items. I kept some and replaced others, added handwarmers and a heavy blanket for winter emergencies. I do like the case and the AM/FM radio is a nice touch.

This IS NOT a complete disaster kit, but it is a good start, and a great thing to keep in the car.

Ended up just stashing at home as insurance, in case some disaster happens.
