Regarding size,my hips measure 36 and the fit is perfect. I usually wear a size 6 but what is listed as the equivalent -- 34 -- was too small.

Perfect if order 1 size larger By Hiker from NY, NY on 06/21/2009 Describe Yourself: Classic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Material is great, streatch material but not tight. Size is 1 size too small. I am between 6 and 8, size 8 usually fits loosely on me, but have to take size 10 on this one to fit well.

FAVORITE PICK FOR MOST DAYS By Comfort Gal from Laramie, WY on 08/04/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Quality Material, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Sports, Travel Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear these pants around the house but love them for traveling and walking. I'm a bit taller than average with long legs so the length could be longer for me. The quick release buckle is great and the belt isn't too long. With just a few inches extra, I just tuck it in my waist if I don't want it hanging.
I like the adjustable tabs on the inside of the hem. It makes the pant have a cleaner look as well as keeping the tabs from getting banged as easily.
The color nicely pairs with many of my tops. I also bought a pair in major brown, which also is great with my yellows, blacks and oranges.
