By Treedle from North Carolina on 01/02/2009 Best Uses: Kitchen, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Midrange Shopper Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought this for my 22 year old nephew. He is a hunter and loves to cook his catch. He often called me for ideas so I thought this would be perfect. I was right and we all got a kick out of him being so excited over a cookbook. When I left him Christmas day, he was already talking about a duck recipe he couldn't wait to try!
Not for your average cook By KayBay Breeders from San Marcos, TX on 04/10/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Bright, Durable Describe Yourself: Stylish Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: We make our own sausage and hamburger out of deer meat. We have owned our own seafood restaurant, and my husband put his way through school as a cook and waiter and a famous seafood restaurant in Loyola Beach, Texas called Kings Inn. We did not find this recipe book to be that useful. There are only a few recipes in it that we will try.
