Comments:
This is a very versatile shirt. I have the same one in the short sleeved version. That one has been so good that I ordered the long sleeved shirt. This shirt is great for early morning runs when it is chilly. It breathes incredibly well. I have noticed a faint chemical-type smell after washing, but I hung the shirt outside to dry and the smell went away. I never put technical clothes in the dryer so I don't know if it would shrink. I will use this shirt in the winter for cross country skiing. But it could be used for any aerobic activity.

Comments:
I like Lowe Alpine products. They are well made but tend to be sized to be a snug fit. Knowing this I always order one to two sizes larger so that I can use the tops accordingly. If it is for exercise, I go up one size. If it is to wear as a regular shirt like this one I go up two sizes. If you want your base layer, order your regular size.

Comments:
I've worn this shirt casually, but I can tell it would be great for running or hiking in cooler temps. It's extremely lightweight and comfortable. The fit is perfect on me. I've gotten so many compliments when I wear this shirt. The only downside is that it does wrinkle a just slightly more than I'd like during laundering.
