I have been using SmartFeet for years and these seems to work as well for about 1/3 the price, though I haven't used them for very long yet.

These inserts are the best thing going! I have tried it all...and when I put these in my shoes, my feet breathe a huge sigh of relief. Wonderful product!
By Flat Feet from South Kingstown, RI on 04/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stable Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very comfortable w/good arch support. Insoles did not fit shoes perfectly, but they still work great. I plan to buy more to keep as spares.
By yakipinky from Zillah, WA on 04/14/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The Nike Air Maxes I have been wearing to walk my exercise miles for years disappointed me with this last pair. My feet were hurting more after each walk. Rather than purchasing new shoes after spending a shoe fortune on the Nikes, thought I'd try these insoles. Swapped the supplied insoles for these and voila! No more waking up with sore, tingling feet. For [$], Nike ought to include Shock Doctors with each pair of Maxes. Not sure I'll buy more Nikes, but I will surely buy more of these insoles for all of my pedestrian activity shoes/boots.
By Sunshine gal from Central Fla. on 04/06/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels full size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: These inserts are sooo big, I could hardly get them in my shoes.
By YOP from PA on 03/23/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I like these insoles but I had to put in extra for the arch. Unfortunately, I have very high arches and am on my feet on concrete for 12 hours a day. The heel is extra cushiony and my heels don't start to burn after 8 hours like other ones I have tried.
By Limit in 10 from Wyoming on 09/14/2008 Describe Yourself: Style Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Very hard plastic, I stuck with insoles my shoes came with as they are better.
