By Dirt Diva from Eugene, Oregon on 06/15/2008 Describe Yourself: Alternative, Casual, Conservative, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read the earlier review from the person with Plantar Fascitis (sp?) and I thought I would give these a try. I am so glad I did! I just bought 2 different inserts prior to these- Superfeet, and SOLE inserts, and I have to say, these are much more comfortable than either of those- and the price is better too! I have super high arches, and my feet feel so much better now that I have these in my shoes... and slippers... and boots.

Not to forget, my back..I will even put a pair of these insoles in my house slippers if I know that I will be speeding a lot of time in the kitchen.

These insoles are the greatest By Viking from Australia on 05/25/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Odor resistant, Stable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Every where, Formal Events, Travel, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Realistic Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: At first thse insoles seem to be too hard, but a day or so of persistance gentles them out to the point where I have honestly wondered how I survived without them. My feet just love them. They are not perfect though- in fact they have too much height to be able to be worn in any of my cowboy boots, but luckily Double H make a good insole anyway. They do fit all of my work and walking boots and give extra wearing time to the socks that I've had on whilst I've been out trekking because that smell factor isn't there.
By BTBTBTSTING from WOODSTOCK, NY on 05/21/2008 Describe Yourself: Alternative, Casual, Conservative, Stylish, Trendy Sizing: Feels full size too big Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: THEY ARE TO WIDE FOR THE SHOES I WEAR , WHICH ARE CASUAL, I LIKEW THE CONCEPT BUT THEY NEED TO BE SLIMMER AND A BIT M,ORE NARROW FOR THE WOMEN WHO NEED TO WEAR CUSHIONS IN THERE SHOES, OTHERWISE THESE WOULD BE PERFECT FOR ALL MY SHOES.
By Barusu from McMinnville, OR on 05/21/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Stable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Alternative, Casual Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Use these almost daily, typically in light hikers, cross-trainers and skate type shoes. They've virtually replaced my aging, and very expensive, orthotics.
So impressed, I ordered two more a month later and now have four pair.
By Fitness Instructor & Outdoor Enthusiast from North Carolina on 05/18/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Indispensible, Small sizes, Stable Best Uses: Exercise, Sports Describe Yourself: Casual, Professional Exerciser Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a fitness instructor and pushing 50 years old. My feet take alot of punishment. Once you get used to Shock Doctor's you can't do without. Bought several pairs a few years ago and STP has not had anymore until recently. Get them while you can!! I bought 3 pairs. I like the fact that I can get a 3/4 and they fit my little 5 1/2-6 foot. I don't even have to trim them to fit my shoes. Have used in studio shoes, running shoes, trail running shoes and hiking boots. They are great.
By N/a from N.Central Wa. on 05/13/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, good arch support, Stable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Formal Events, Travel, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have planter faciitis and use expensive orthotics everyday. I thought I'd give these a try and am pretty impressed! Much Much less costly. And the do the trick. The green colored one adds more volume to your shoe, so if U don't want that, do what I did and order the low volume red ones instead. Most of my shoes just don't give me the extra room I need for my high arches/instep. The low volumes work great for this.
By she who walks a lot from Bay Village Oh on 05/12/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Stable Describe Yourself: Casual, Outdoorsy Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I spend a lot of time on my feet. I walk about 3 miles each day, plus I work at the library as a page and we are not supposed to sit around. I stay on my feet the whole time I'm at work and shock doctor helps my aching feet. They do take up a lot of room in the shoe so you need a shoe that's roomy.
By Donato from Branford, CT on 05/08/2008 Cons: A waste of money, Difficult to cut down, Too Stiff, Uncomfortable, Unstable Describe Yourself: Casual, Conservative Sizing: Feels full size too big Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this product to provide more cushioning in a running show. You have to cut the insoles down to fit your size as mine ran a men's size 10-13. It was very difficult to cut it properly because the material is very tough and even when I had cut it down, it still did not feel right in my shoe. The heel felt too high and instead of providing cushioning, it felt even harder. What a waste of money this was! Thankfully, it was on sale.
