I have foot pain on the top of my foot due to my flat feet and these are the best non-custom orthotics I have ever used.
I like them so much I ordered 2 more. These are easily transferrable from shoe to shoe but I want to have extras on hand.

OK nonathletic sub for orthotics By Konyha from San Antonio, TX on 07/26/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Stable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Formal Events, Travel, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Prescription orthotics have been a life saver for me but constantly removing/inserting them is a hassle. I have several pairs of the 3/4 length Shock Doctor insoles. They provide adequate heel and arch support in most nonathletic footwear (shoes, heels, boots) that I do not wear every day but still need support when worn. You do have to work with them to ensure the fit is right, but the difference is noticeable and worth it.
