Understanding the support! By Rptyd from Kentucky Hardwood on 02/09/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flexible, Lightweight Best Uses: Everyday wear, Pavement, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This was purchased for a family member that had a broken arch and tendon problems. The flexibility and support of this product has allowed her to walk distance again and has been a blessing. She had to re size it with a trim but it was easy to do and fit well in the shoe with little side adjustment. Since she has a smile on her face on a daily basis now, I have to give this product 2 thumbs up.

By Bargain Shopper from California on 01/21/2009 Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I need arch supports and so I bought these to fit inside my boiled wool slippers that have nothing but a wool sole. They really give a good arch for that sort of use. I haven't tried them with a shoe, but they seem pretty good over all. I wouldn't say they have tremendously high arch support (that I actually need) but they can really help. I liked the price since good insoles can get expensive.

By Shopping for Comfort from Chicago Suburbs, IL on 01/06/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stable Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Really helps absorb shock, especially useful while walking the concrete floors while shopping. Has really helped with back pain reduction. Look a little narrow (OK for me with narrow feet). Are a little stiff.
By Colorado native from Denver on 01/04/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Flexible, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Foot Ailments, Walking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I paid a lot of $$$ for custom insoles to help alleviate pain from plantar faciatis (heel spurs). These reasonably priced insoles make my feet feel great, so I bought enough pairs to go into all my favorite shoes and boots.
