By AZ Bargain Hunter from Arizona on 01/03/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Everyday wear, Foot Ailments, Walking Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased these because of a sudden painful condition in my bunion/big toe, after standing for extended periods in heels on cement floors. They are an excellent source of relief in many of my shoes/boots, but make it a bit too snug of a fit in some of my dress shoes. Great in boots and wider shoes....a bit more challenging in narrower pumps. A good product, nonetheless!
By Corduroy climber from Denver on 01/01/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a narrow foot and an extremely high arch. This arch is not high enough to really support my foot, but it is higher than the basic insoles that came with my running shoes. I have only worn them to work where I stand all day. I have not yet run in them. They are pretty good insoles. My heel is narrow and it fits my heel. A wide heel would find this uncomfortable.

Super Fantastic Insoles!!! By KG from AZ on 12/25/2008 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flexible, Lightweight, Stable, Versatile Best Uses: Endurance Training, Foot Ailments, Pavement, Walking Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: After years of putting up with OK insoles for my running, casual, and dress shoes, I have finally found the perfect insole for my feet. I need a great deal of arch support, and these do the trick. They even look cute! They are very supportive and quite comfortable. I ordered one pair, then ended up ordering 5 more pairs because I liked them so much. Plus, they are a great deal because I usually spend twice the amount that these cost me when I have purchased insoles in the past. For feet with arch cramping and legs in need of better support, these are the best I have found.

Great absorbers, but thick By urbanbabyboomer from Boston on 11/26/2008 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Durable Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I kept the 3/4 supports and would have liked to have had full length, but they were too thick for any shoes I own. Perhaps, if you had shoes that were almost too large, or bought with the intention of putting in support, they'd work. But, unfortunately,
I had to return them.
Not custom, but darn close! By Sharon from Minnesota on 11/13/2008 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Comfortable, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Foot Ailments, Pavement, Running Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I fight with plantar fasciitis and have a pair of "semi-custom" insoles. I bought these to put in my running shoes. They are very nice! The heel is nice and narrow, so these fit my shoes better than my semi-custom insoles. They are firm and offer good support, I cranked out 1 1/2 miles running the first time I wore these (For me, that's good. I'm not a big runner, swimming and Tae Kwon Do are my main activities.) Excellent insoles!
By Walker Suz from New York City on 09/02/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Padding, Versatile Best Uses: Endurance Training, Pavement, Strength Training, Trails, Won't go out without them Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Because I've had 3 recent leg operations & because my work requires me to walk nonstop for hours I was in tremendous pain daily until I added these wonderful,"Shock Dr. X Active Insoles". The difference is amazing. I am now able to make it through the day with limited pain towards the days end unlike before I began using Dr. X Insoles where all too often I was unable to make it through the day. The pain used to become so unbearable that I'd have to stop working & grab a taxi home. This has not happened since I began using Dr. X Shock Insoles. This product has made a miraculous improvement in my life.
Thank You Dr. X
