These have been great! They offer a great heel cup with padding. Also work great in my everyday shoes.
Bearly better than the shoes original in By feet treat from PA on 01/12/2008 Pros: Padded only at the heel Cons: Stiff, Thin at ball of foot Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Really I'm runner and an endurance cyclist; run 5-6 miles and bike centuries. So I'm training 5 days a week and an hour or more. I put better insoles in my work shoes than these.
