By Father of 3 knee-scraping boys from Minneapolis, MN on 03/16/2009 Best Uses: Emergency Preparedness, Keep In The Trunk, Outdoor Activities, Quick Fix Describe Yourself: CPR Trained, Novice First Aid Skills, Parent Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I liked this product initially, and thought the first aid instructions included were great. Then I noticed that many of the items in the instructions weren't in the kit! If the instructions aren't tailored to the items in the kit, they're worthless. I ultimately returned the two kits I bought for this reason.
By Kayak and Climb from Trapped in the Midwest on 03/13/2009 Cons: Too few items used often Best Uses: Outdoor Activities Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Hopefully it is waterproof. Could have used a few more of the basic items but I'll just try to squeeze them in.
ok little kit, could use $ 4 Bigger one By bigs from wa on 03/09/2009 Best Uses: Keep In The Trunk, Quick Fix Describe Yourself: CPR Trained Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Product is good if you want a little something in the car for those emergency situations. Probably could make your own for the same price. The cool part were the manuals for those of you who aren't trained.
Very nice kit, but a few problems By Yucca Patrol from Birmingham, Alabama on 03/06/2009 Describe Yourself: CPR Trained Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great kit. Small enough and light enough to come along in your day pack, but still has plenty of quality necessary first aid supplies. The only drawback is that many of the medications are expired or nearly expired. My kit had medications with expiration dates between 2008 and 2010.
However, most of these expired products (like Aspirin) are probably in your medicine cabinet and all you need to do is replace the old with some new. . . .

By banditryder from Pittsburgh, PA on 02/16/2009 Pros: Easy To Use, Effective Best Uses: Emergency Preparedness, Keep In The Trunk, Outdoor Activities Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A great starting point for waterproof medical storage. Get the parts list for the bigger kit, buy the extra stuff you need and it will fit in here with room for more. Quite the bargain and well organized.
