This is the 2nd one of these lighters that I have purchased in the past year. The first was so successful that I decided I'd like another as a spare if I lost the first one. Works great every time. Very easy to check fluid level and refill. Is very well built, solid and easy to use. Works well even when soaking wet.

Works great in wind, and the adjustable mixture should make it useful at altitude (cheaper torch-style lighters have always failed me when I get about 6000 ft).

Works in the rain, wind and has an easy to see fuel-level. Sturdy construction and airtight closure and easy to grip in the cold - it doesn't slip from your grip. This model has an adjustable flame which can be set to a very strong setting.
