pro: good components. (exc. spoke gauge, below).
con: arrived UPS with very bent (rear) derailleur hanger, would not shift worth a darn. took two days locally to get it fixed (hanger is integral to frame, which had to be straightened).
con: 15 gauge spokes haven't held up to hard use on my prior Eldridge Grade, replaced most of those on the rear wheel; local shops only provide this size spoke with 15 gauge nipples, so in case of a spoke repair the tire must be removed and nipple swapped out for 14 gauge replacement.

Comments: This bike is awesome, it weighs in at 28 pounds for the 15 inch frame.
