Better in tent than camper. By Stablemaid from Adirondacks on 06/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate Cons: Bulky Roll Up, Heavy Best Uses: Better in tent, Extra beds for home, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought 2. Thought I would use them to supplement the mattress in our camper (kind of thick for this), as extra beds for company, and for use with the tent (with, or without cots). Have only used them in the camper, so far. We had to let some air out to be more comfortable. I know they will be great in the tent. We cannot sleep on the bare cots, or ground, anymore (old bones), and there are times we cannot take the camper to our destinations.
By bb from fresno, ca on 05/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate, Lightweight, Non Slip Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like this sleeping pad. It is large enough so you dont have to worry about rolling onto the rocks that I usually slept on. This camping season is going to be much more comfortable.
By rssmithjr from Phoenix, AZ on 04/12/2009 Best Uses: Car Camping, Extended Trips Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Our tent was sitting on more than 6" of snow. We used 2 of these which practically covered the entire footprint of the Marmot Citadel. We were warm and comfortable. Roll up, pack up was easy. It was amazing how warm the top of the pad was compared to the snow side. Heading out for a week long trip in 2 weeks looking forward to many good nights sleep.

Very happy with it.

If there is room for this pad, you might just get some sleep.
By LM from Longwood, FL on 11/13/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact Roll Up, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate, Lightweight, Non Slip Best Uses: Backpacking, Car Camping, Extended Trips, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I purchased a pair of these to use in a TrailManor camper on top of the foam mattress. Love the XL size for tall-big people. Placed side-by-side, with linens on top, my husband and I can turn comfortably at night without waking the other. Works great!
By JJ from Minneapolis, MN on 08/18/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Inflate, Non Slip Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm a life-long camper, and just purchased a pair of these to make a comfortable camping introduction to my wife and two-year-old. They were easy to inflate and very comfortable to use. But it was just not possible to get them deflated and back in their bag; so I guess they'll stay permanently inflated in my garage. That's the only reason why I didn't rate 5 stars.
By elburns64 from saranac lake, ny on 07/23/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact Roll Up, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate, Non Slip Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The perfect bedroll for car camping. If you hate sleeping on the ground, this is for you. It is so comfortable. You'll get a great night sleep with this. Too heavy for backpacking.
Finally! It's comfortable! By Dynamyt from Greeley, CO on 06/19/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Compact Roll Up, Durable Design, Easy To Inflate, Lightweight, Non Slip Best Uses: Car Camping, Extended Trips, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This pad is wonderful! Larger than usual camp pads but well worth the comfort if you are not packing into the back country. Larger rolled up than the back-pack pads but I love it! It is great paired with the Alps Mountaineering Oversized Camp Cot...these two go hand in hand! I love the 4" of foam inside it and it still rolls up easily!
