By elskbrev from Wisconsin on 07/22/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Lightweight insulated winter boot without clunky bulk. True to size for a slightly wide 7.5B foot. (In Columbia brand boots, I need at least 8B.) I have trouble sliding my instep into many boots, but these fit fine.

Just wore them in the snow for 4 days, and they kept my feet dry and warm. Excellent traction on ice and slippery surfaces.
My advice - BUY THEM!
By zumba from portland, me on 03/31/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: What a difference snowshoeing and sledding! Previously, my feet were like blocks of ice when I was outside in the snow. Even though I've always lived in Maine, I never had really warm boots. My daughter had to point out to me that she had boots that kept her feet "toasty warm". I never knew I could have warm feet and play outdoors. I would recommend these boots to anyone.
Great buy for snow adventures By KB from Portland, OR on 03/30/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for just walking in the snow or hikes in cold temperatures where feet need to stay warm and dry. Shoe is very breathable so my feet got never overheated. I bought half a size smaller than I usually wear and they fit just perfect.
Warm and well fitting boots By Montana Hiker from Montana on 02/06/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Fit well, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Walking, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They fit like hiking boots. I walk daily 2+ miles outdoors on hilly terrain and I needed a pair of well fitting boots that were warm and provided the fit and support of athletic shoes or hiking boots. These really fit the bill!! They are also very waterproof, Warm and lightweight. They are a little stiff, just like a pair of leather hiking boots but they have been great for walking and other winter outdoor activities.
