I am average size, and felt extremely confined. The zipper is hard to use, and usually gets caught when zipping from the inside. The light weight is great, but that is the best feature of this bag.

This bag may change my habits because it is very light and compresses well. We haven't used it in temperatures below 30 yet but it's plenty warm at 30 degrees. I didn't give it 5 stars because we haven't yet used it in winter conditions.
