By Bliss from CT on 05/26/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality, Light weight Describe Yourself: Classic, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Earlier this year, we bought the Eagle Creek 25" Tarmac bag from Sierra. After using it, we decided to buy the 20" as it meets current airline measurements for carry-on. Eagle Creek luggage is carried and recommended by a high-end luggage retail shop in the area--at much higher prices. [...]The only reason I am rating this a 4 star is that I haven't used it yet, but all indications are that it will prove to be a 5 star.

Good for new carry-on size restrictions By Miz Tex from Houston, Texas on 01/03/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Modern, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: New size restrictions on carry-on luggage were the reason for the purchase of this 20" suitcase. Eagle Creek's proven quality supported my decision. Item is well-made inside and out and handles nicely. Included 15" garment envelope is an attractive plus. The styling/design is not my favorite from Eagle Creek -- I prefer a broader exterior pocket, big enough to hold paper files or a laptop -- but the closeout price couldn't be beat.
I would, and have, purchased again! By Waldo from Illinois on 01/02/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Best Uses: Business Travel Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have put over 150k miles and 110 segments on this bag. A little wear on a corner but no real dirt, and the bag has held up better than any luggage I have owned (TravelPro zippers failed, etc). This bag just keeps chugging!
Best little suitcase ever By MP from Tucson, AZ on 12/06/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, High Quality Best Uses: Long Vacations, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Make no mistake, this is a small bag. However, that is part of the charm, and if you are smart about it (pack only essentials, have mix & match outfits, and plan to wash clothes on the road) you can use it for multi-week trips. I got this because I needed a small suitcase that would qualifies as "carry-on" no matter the airline. I love the clothing "envelope," which keeps dress clothes mostly wrinkle-free, and allows for very efficient packing. The bag performed beautifully on my first trip with it (2.5 weeks across Europe to attend a conference and visit a number of universities). Since then my boyfriend has used it on a number of short trips, and has been raving about how convenient it is, how easy it is to use, how it easily fits into most airline overhead compartments. I'm thinking I should get him one of his own.
