By singh from Minneapolis, MN on 10/05/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the best bag i have owned till now. Pulling it at the airport is a breeze, especially when i have to run for my next flight at chicago. This bag is very stable when i add my heavy laptop bag to it. This fits perfectly in the overhead bin in all the mid size aircrafts. I bought this after looking at all the brands which were twice the cost of this one. In terms of quality and funcationality this came on top.
By AccentureConsultant from Atlanta, Ga on 09/21/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality, Looks great Best Uses: Business Travel Describe Yourself: Career, Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag is simply fantasitic and, contrary to another review, I found it to be perfectly shaped for overhead storage. The prior review suggested that it was difficult to put the bag into an overhead wheels first and so it had to be put in sideways. The fact is, the bag is designed to go in wheels last. I wondered why it tapered at the top giving it a bit of a wedge rather than box shape. Once I put the bag into an overhead, it became obvious why the bag is shaped this way; it's because the overheads are shaped this way. There is a handle on the bottom of the bag, so it is easy to pull out of the overhead. Besides the size and shape, the material this bag is made out of looks very classy (a harder, smoother weave than my laptop bag)and from what I can tell so far, sit eems to be very durable. I fly every week with my work and I have been doing so for the better part of the past twelve years. This is my first time buying an Eagle Creek piece of luggage and it's the only bag that I've ever bought that has given me that "wow this is awesome" feeling. I bought it for [$] on promo. If I can get another for the same price, I will. I'll also be looking at Eagle Creek when it comes time to replace my laptop bag.
By the luggage destroyer (usually) from NJ on 07/02/2008 Describe Yourself: Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very lightweight, rolled easily, didn't tip over. I dragged it through Italy (2 plane rides, 2 train rides, a Metro ride and bus ride, up the streets of Milan, Venice, and Rome), and it still looks like it did when I took it out of the box.
By Fitness Enthusiast from Tempe, AZ on 04/30/2008 Pros: Good Capacity, Good pockets, High Quality Cons: Small for a long trip Describe Yourself: Athletic, Comfort-Oriented Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I would consider this color copper instead of "red-tan". The actual color is very close to that pictured. Great size for shorter (long weekend) trips. All of the internal pockets are great - especially the built in garment holder/bag. You can pack your ironed clothes, then pull the garment bag part out of the bag and hang it on any hook or closet bar - great feature that saves me from having to bring a separate garment bag!
Good, sturdy, pretty suitcase By Louise from Boulder, CO on 03/06/2008 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, High Quality Cons: Fits poorly in airplane Best Uses: Family Trips, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Career, Comfort-Oriented, Modern, Practical, Stylish Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag is great but it does not fit well into the overhead space in the airplane (does not fit wheels first, must be turned sideways which a lot of airlines are not allowing any more).
