By Mr. Neutron from New Hampshire on 11/10/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Waterproof Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hunting, Wet Weather, Work Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent boots. Wore them on a 3 hour hunt over steep, rocky terrain right out of the box. Though this is generally a bad idea, they felt like they were already broken in. Lug soles are great on all but hard slippery surfaces. Dye from tongue did stain socks.
By CW from Wyoming on 10/08/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Fairly lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Weather, Work hunting hiking Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Outdoors Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Boots run a little narrow, but fit my feet very well. Broken-in feel right out of the box. Wore these on a very wet two hour hike through knee high prairie grass/mud/etc. and feet stayed completely dry. This was before Snow Seal treatment, so I was impressed. Seem to be durable, time will tell. Made in USA quality is there. Warm boots...maybe too warm for summer, looking forward to wearing these during Wyoming winters.
