Keeps everything organized and together. The bowls seem to be better suited for bigger dogs. Good value for the price.
Perfect for traveling with pets! By Mariska from Portland, OR on 09/13/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to Clean, Easy To Drink From, Good Depth, Tough Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We have 2 mini schnauzers and this set is perfect for traveling with them. It's large enough to carry a weeks worth of food but compact enough it doesn't take up much space. Makes feeding and watering at the rest stops along the way easier. Thanks for a great product at a really great price.
By Outdoor Adventurer from Wyoming on 09/09/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Tough Best Uses: Active Dogs, Larger Dogs, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is nice kit if you have bigger dogs, the bowls are big and make it hard for smaller dogs to eat or drink out of. That said they are easy to fold back and can be made smaller. I really like the material and it seems really durable.
GREAT FOR THE CANINE TRAVELLER By Pleasant from Boston, MA on 09/08/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Good Depth, Tough Best Uses: Active Dogs, Larger Dogs, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Veterinarian Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the second set I've ordered. They are extremely durable and very handy for toting dog food while traveling. Unfortunately my lab puppy couldn't resist temptation and chewed through the bottom of the food bag (thus the need to order a second set). I was so excited when I saw STP carrying them again.
By Cowgirl Xpress from Ironside, OR on 09/04/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Drink From, Good Depth, Good Height Best Uses: Indoors, Smaller Dogs Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have used several types of soft sacks to store dog food so I thought I would give this one a try. I used it to tote my Jack Russell's kibble in my 18 wheeler. Usually much handier than the original food bag and compresses as the quantity depletes. My biggest disappointment is that the inside lining wore off in less than six months. The spout is also useless, and it DOES NOT hold 15 pounds of small kibble. As for the bowls, they are handy but not quite as rugged as others I have previously purchased. For the price it was an "OK" buy for someone that does not use it on a daily basis. I would NOT buy it again. Images shared by: Cowgirl XpressPic of bag inside out and missing lining Tags: Picture of Product, Using Product
By Mehful1 from CA on 09/01/2009 Pros: Easy to Clean, Good Depth Describe Yourself: New Owner Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: After several trips, including 6 weeks on the road, the bowls are holding up fine but the bag broke at the bottom - multiple times. Also, a dog's teeth easily puncture the material.
By Di a dog lover from So.Cal on 09/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to Clean Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought 3 sets and plan to give 2 away for gifts.
Ours will be a great travel aid.
By Dog owner from NY on 09/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to Clean, Easy To Drink From, Good Depth, Good Height Describe Yourself: New Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great product when you want your four legged friend to join the family at outings. It beats the tupperware we've been using (my dog used to chew those things up like treats).
Good product for the price By Kelly the Golden Retriever Lover from Baltimore, MD on 09/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to Clean, Easy To Drink From, Good Depth Best Uses: Active Dogs, Larger Dogs, Outdoors Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great price for outdoor collapsible food bowls and a clever design for the food bag. My only complaint is that the food bag doesn't close tightly, it only folds over at the top. It could also use a carrying strap. We like it thought for vacations and car trips.
By Sue the River Runner from Estes Park, CO on 09/01/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Easy to Clean, Easy To Drink From, Good Depth, Good Height, Tough, Very durable Best Uses: Active Dogs, Larger Dogs, Older Dogs, Outdoors, Puppies, Smaller Dogs Describe Yourself: Long-time Pet Owner Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We bought it to use on a recent Green River rafting trip for our Lab. The bowls are the right size for a large dog, a wet water bowl can be attached on the out side to dry and the dog food stays clean and dry on the inside. This is a very functional and convenient product. There is also room for dog treats, and a leash.
