By batmick from Carlsbad, CA on 10/19/2009 Best Uses: Outdoor sport events Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought some hand and some foot warmers so this review covers both.
My girls are competitive swimmers and we spend many weekends in and around outdoor pools. One of the greatest challenges is to keep warm between races. Especially hands and feet cool out quickly.
The Grabber heat packs are amazing. Once activated they stay warm at just the right heat to prevent the chills. In combination with some sheepskin boots the feet actually get hot and the girls take the boots off every now and then to cool off. No more whining and shivering for us. What a relief.
We found that the warmth lasts longer than the promised 4-5 hours. The last pack of hand warmers were still notably warmer than room temperature 8 hours after activation. Great product!

They work great! Several can be placed in your saddle bags or trunk for long weekends on the road.

By Ski Bunny from Oshkosh, WI on 03/17/2009 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Works well to keep feet warm in ski boots without bunching up like toe warmers. Works best if leave an old pair in and put the new ones on top.
Great for cold weather sports By Coldfeet from Northeastern USA on 03/16/2009 Pros: Durable, Safe, Works Well Best Uses: Cold Climate, Wet Conditions Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The full footbed provides extra warmth and really stays in position well. It does add a little bulk to the boot, though, so adjust sock weight accordingly.
Great value for the price By Sally the Skiier from Farmington, ME on 03/10/2009 Pros: Easy To Use, Works Well Best Uses: Cold Climate, Skiing Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: An inexpensive way to keep your feet warm while downhill skiing or snowshoeing

"Warmth on the ski slope" By Ski Bunny from New York, NY on 02/21/2009 Pros: Easy To Use, Works Well Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these to try inside my ski boots to keep my feet warm on the slopes in VT. They work well and don't take up much room inside the boot. More comfortable, easier to use, and more effective than the "toe" warmers. Give these a try if your feet go numb on the slopes!
