By ibbob from far north on 12/20/2007 Pros: Improves Performance, Works Well Cons: watch for punctured pack Best Uses: Big Game Hunting, Cold Climate Describe Yourself: Experienced Hunter Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: When I hunt sitting still, my feet get cold no matter how many grams of thinsulate in my boots. But these insoles work. They keep my feet warm for several hours--and not too hot. I bought a bunch last year and one package must have had a small hole, allowing air in, because that pair didn't work. But at this price, just buy an extra in case of failure.

I've also used these in my pac boots on extremely cold days while I was ice fishing. They don't last all day, but they work well when they are working.
