Even at it's widest point it is not 50" as stated in the description, it is too small for my 70lb lab. :( So I have asked Sierra to change the description and am returning mine.

She LOVES it. She looks so comfy w/ her head on the pilow. The liner fell apart when washed but the cover has been washed many times successfully.

It's a nice size and cover removes easily for washing.

The bed is very large, which makes it difficult to situate indoors. One disadvantage is that the bolster pillow doesn't actually connect to the bed pillow, which creates a "trough" between them - probably not a big deal, especially since that's our dog's favorite place to lie! It would be helpful if future versions included a non-white bed surface for those of us with dark-haired dogs.

The inner part that comes out of the bed is labelled as washable. It blew up in the washer and clogged my machine. It had to be serviced. When I washed the outer part, the smell stayed in it. I even treated it with Nature's Miracle which usually works well. Too bad. I liked it.
