My small, short haired dog is constantly burrowing under bed covers, blankets, etc. to stay warm and cozy. This is honestly the same quality and construction as some of my higher end sleeping bags. Two things I'll point out; 1) the two halves zip apart 2) the bag comes with a stuff sack. Fun!

I use the bed in the living room. Buster, the Jack Russell likes to burrow under the cover of the bed. It attracts pet hair, but can be cleaned easily.

When we aren't traveling it is on top of one of their many, many beds at home and they always seek it out!!

The soft lining does collect hair, but when inside-out it makes a great bed or crate liner when traveling. When riding on the snowmachine or warming up while outside too long it makes for a great coccoon as a sleeping bag, an improvement upon having to keep a blanket from getting caught in the track. For those who find themselves sharing their sleeping bag with their dog on cool nights, this would be great for car camping.

What a great, cozy hideaway. The dark color does attract the pet hair, but hey, when you have animals..... you have pet hair all over. So, really no big deal. I usually wash once a week and it helps keep the hair at bay. Cats vote it's a keeper!
