By FemBikeRider from Atlanta, GA on 09/02/2009 Pros: Easy to adjust, Good grips, Lightweight, Strong Cons: One stick came apart Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Recently used sticks hiking at Stone Mtn, Ga. Light weight, comfortable grips and strong, a hiking buddy has knee problems so I lended it to her - she loved it. When the hike was complete I experienced difficulty retracting the stick, I unscrewed it apart (accidentally) then screwed it back on- issue solved, I don't anticipate further difficulty.
