With each purchase, cover seems not as thick or as durable as previous beds; zippers and sewing of zippers into bed needs quality control. The filling actually has improved from previous models. My dogs LOVE their beds! Excellent overall quality but NOT premium. Have they considered Herculon fabric covers?
