By Niino from Mountain View , Ca on 06/11/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have not had a chance to use these as I got them end of season, so I'd feel guilty giving 5 stars. However they remind me of designer ski pants I had years ago that I loved. Those were warm for the weight and because of the close fit, very flattering. They were durable as well, & I expect these to be just as good. IMHO lots of ski pants run small, & I followed the recommendation to buy 2 sizes up. Perfect. I am not tall and am used to taking up hems a lot; these would be easy to do.
By Julie from Seattle, WA on 05/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Snowshoeing Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wore one of these while snowshoeing many times this past winter. It is breathable and warm, dries quickly after I've been sweating on the uphill climbs. I wear it hiking in cold weather. I bought a second one, in another color, because I love this product so much!!!
By Jigger from Harrisville RI on 04/24/2009 Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I just tried them on. I only got them at the end of the season...so can't really say how the stand up. But I can say this...I've been looking for something that is more on the lite side cuz I'm using them for xc skiing and these seem like they fit the bill!
By Bears fan from Western Springs, IL on 04/20/2009 Best Uses: Daily Use, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Sizing: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I would agree with the other users who said the sleeves were a little on the long side. I wear an XL tall and this coat fits me perfectly ( I ordered the XL). I would estimate that if your shirt sleeve is less than 34 inches, you may find the sleeves too long.
By Gym Runner from Boston, MA on 04/20/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Skiing/Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I was looking for something for warm spring days and summer days, so I sent it back.

It fit nicely except the waist was a little big. It was warm enough for the time of year (end of March).

Probably a little warm in strenuous activities but hiking and hanging out it works well.
By mainecoonmom from Raleigh, NC on 03/18/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These were exactly what I was looking for to do some spring skiing. After reading other reviews, I bought a size up but had to return them for my regular size as they were too big. I found them to be true to size. Haven't actively tested them yet but I'm sure they'll be great. Great value.

My favorite jacket so far! Worth the $ By pinkbarbie from East Coast on 03/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Skiing/Snowboarding, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the only jacket I have found so far in this price range that: fits, is good in the rain and has a hood, is light enough to travel, keeps me warm, is perfect for layering or by itself, looks nice, and is comfortable. You can take this jacket anywhere in lots of weather conditions coast to coast! Well worth the money and is super practical in 40+ degree weather. Thin enough to wear a vest over if colder. The sleeves, body, and pocket size/depth are long and big enough for a tall person. It also has some stretch to it. A perfect jacket for me and I am VERY happy with this purchase.
