By mainecoonmom from Raleigh, NC on 03/18/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These were exactly what I was looking for to do some spring skiing. After reading other reviews, I bought a size up but had to return them for my regular size as they were too big. I found them to be true to size. Haven't actively tested them yet but I'm sure they'll be great. Great value.

My favorite jacket so far! Worth the $ By pinkbarbie from East Coast on 03/16/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Hiking and Camping, Skiing/Snowboarding, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Chest Size: Feels true to size Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the only jacket I have found so far in this price range that: fits, is good in the rain and has a hood, is light enough to travel, keeps me warm, is perfect for layering or by itself, looks nice, and is comfortable. You can take this jacket anywhere in lots of weather conditions coast to coast! Well worth the money and is super practical in 40+ degree weather. Thin enough to wear a vest over if colder. The sleeves, body, and pocket size/depth are long and big enough for a tall person. It also has some stretch to it. A perfect jacket for me and I am VERY happy with this purchase.

By BC Mom from Hudson Valley, NY on 03/01/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: Cross Country, Downhill, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm a ski instructor and these pants have been great in all sorts of conditions, including heavy wet snow/sleet. They do fit more true to size than I expected (others had said to order a size up), so they are just a tad big on me - but the waist cinches in and there are belt loops, and there's room to add fleece pants underneath on a really cold day. They are not the most modern cut, but they have become my workhorse pants. All in all, I'm really happy with the purchase.
By Steg from Northwood, NH on 02/27/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Waterproof Best Uses: Approach, Backcountry, Climbing, Hiking Describe Yourself: Advanced Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very good for any snow activity, I also use specifically for Alpine climbing.
Quality product, light, comfortable, and bone dry. Order up a size...I have 32" waist and would have busted out of the Med, so I exchanged for Large, and they fit perfect with a base layer. Adjustability is good, and the high padded back works perfect with a pack.
