The fit is very snug, which is perfect for layering. I really like the zip up front. When zipped up the neck is not too tight which is a real plus. I do a lot of hiking and this is just the ticket for warmth, wicking, and comfort.

It is slightly itchier than my other wool baselayer, but has a nicer fit. The sleeves are long which is perfect for my long arms. The price for merino wool is the best I've come across.
