Finally, a baselayer with a low rise By GearGirl from Madison, WI on 11/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Soft, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are the second Icebreaker product I've bought from STP and I am happy with both. I ordered a medium and they fit great (I'm 5'8", 125 lbs). What I like about them is that they are not at all baggy and have a comfortable, low rise. My old, cheap baselayer bottoms had such a high rise, they almost went up to my chest and bagged in some areas. These fit like nice, soft leggings. I'll wear these for skiing and as a winter layer and also for PJs and under rain gear when backpacking.

This fits perfectly over the 200 top. The thumb holes add extra warmth & coziness.
Excellent base or midlayer By in search of the perfect system from Vashon, WA on 11/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Stylish, Technical design, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm sold on Icebreaker design and quality. It beats Ibex for careful tailoring (underarm gussets, for example), and is priced better. I'll wear this as a mid-layer for winter outdoor activities. The high neck covers that gap just below the chin beautifully. Excellent quality merino. Great for a long, slim fit.
By didee99 from Keystone, Colorado on 11/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I already own a few of the oasis crew but couldn't resist buying another with a great deal from Sierra. I pretty much live in Icebreaker clothing year round - so comfortable and warm.....be careful, this gear is addictive!
By didee99 from Keystone, Colorado on 11/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Gym, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this for my husband who already has quite a few Icebreaker items and loves them. Icebreaker wears and washes well, they also dry quickly. Layering works great with regulating body temperature and you can't beat the feel of natural merino.
