excellent temperature control By dirn63 from Arlington, TX on 11/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Layering, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Usually large size tops are very comfortable, sometimes even a medium will do. This top feels little too snug in the torso. But I like Icebreaker products, wear well and are very durable.
By Oreamnos from Lyons, Colorado on 11/10/2009 Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love Icebreaker. I've owned other merino wool tops and Icebreaker is by far the most durable. While other pieces run in under a year Icebreaker takes a beating and holds up. Doesn't stink like other outdoor tops and airs nicely. Perfect camping/hiking/training.

Way comfy too.
By Johanna's Mama from Berkeley CA on 11/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Flattering, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Daily use as a layer, Layering, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shell is so flattering, my husband (who, frankly, NEVER compliments me) said 6 times the first evening how great I looked. The wool and construction are such high quality, it's so comfortable, it's so good looking that I wear it every day as a layer. The only problem is I'm going to need a second one so I can wash this one sometimes!
By Cold weather junkie from Philadelphia on 11/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This product is as expected. Great baselayer for cold weather hiking or activities. I usually wear a large but ordered an XL in this product which fits perfectly. Icebreaker makes good stuff. Only issue is that it gets a bit staticky when you take off an over-layer. But that is normal for wool.
By Sunny from Roseville, CA on 11/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love Icebreaker clothing! This top is super warm when I need it to be but doesn't get too hot when the temp goes up. It has a flattering fit (except the blue part under the arm has a bit of extra fabric. It never gets in my way though and doesn't look bad.) I use this as a layering piece and it breathes really well. It's perfect for going backpacking in cooler temps. It's lightweight, doesn't smell at all, and keeps me moving comfortably. I highly recommend this top!

The XL fits me perfectly.

I love the ones I have and I am always on the lookout for another. They are hard to beat for running in the winter or just lounging around the house.
