Another great shirt from Icebreaker By SierraLover from Madison, WI on 11/07/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Layering Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This shirt has been added as one of my regular base layers. The fit is great. It is a bit more scratchy than the other Icebreaker base layers, so I give it 4 stars instead of 5 (should be 4.5).

By neue from austin, tx on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Length, Stylish, Versatile Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice shirt. I'll use it for yoga, but it would work for sports as well. It has an athletic style, so for most people it isn't for work or going out.
By Outdoor Lover from Burnaby, BC on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Warm Best Uses: Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great for skiing/snowshoeing-very warm-better than fleece.
By warm from East Lansing, MI on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Snug Fit, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Gym, Layering, Running, Snow Sports, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I only recently learned about Icebreaker and only wish I had found out about their clothing earlier. Their clothes are pricey, but so far I have been happy. I use their shirts as a baselayer and when biking. I much prefer their wool garments to the synthetics and cotton that I have usually used. Icebreaker's shirts deal with moisture better and really don't stink anywhere near as much as cotton or synthetics.
Just a little short of great By northwardbound from Milw., WI on 11/04/2009 Pros: Allows Free Movement, Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor activities, Running Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Stylish for any application.
Fits nice even if you are larger.
Extremely comfortable and performs as advartised.
Just a bit lighter duty than I expected for the cost. Otherwise probably is a 5.
Have other Merino wool for lot less just not as stylish but usully this is layer so style is not top requirement.
By MDGator from Annapolis, MD on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Anything outdoors, Cold Weather, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Conditioning Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Once you buy into the Icebreaker brand, you will not go back to anything else. There were lots of reviews on the Icebreaker merino wool, but the cost seemed to lack any value. I first bought a 190 T-shirt from Icebreaker and found myself wearing it all the time because it did everything promised. This 260 really does have the uncanny ability to keep you warm when its cold and cool when its warm. Although they promised this, none of my synthetics truly do this.
The construction is excellent. The feel is excellent. If you're dragging your feet to buy this brand because of the price, just take the plunge and do it. Be careful though, because you will not be able to deal with anything else once you take that plunge. Its that good.
Icebreaker is the best baselayer By Catskill Lover from NYC, NY on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Layering Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Icebreaker wool is NOT ITCHY thank goodness, and is the best base layer for cooler weather (and warmer, but in a lighter weight). Soft and light and miraculously warm for the weight. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER, EVER! Accidentally did and it changed the texture - ug. Worth getting more, though.
By BruceLeeCC from Chicago on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, House, Layering, Travel Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great shirt, super comfortable. Bought mainly for every day wear, around the house, traveling, but also for the occasional camping and outdoor cold weather trips.
