Giro

Giro

Giro is a household name for road bike, mountain bike, multisport, snowboard and ski helmets. Giro helmets are built to protect the noggins of novice to elite athletes and are available at a range of price points. Giro road cycling helmets are some of the most technologically advanced and are extra-ventilated for those thigh-burning hill climbs. Giro’s versatile mountain bike, multisport, ski and snowboard helmets come either heavy-duty or low-profile in design, and all of their helmets offer lightweight, protective in-mold construction. Look for added helmet features like simple twist-knob adjustment and built-in audio systems. And did you know that Giro also produces sleek sunglasses and goggles?

Spend a little time adjusting the straps. At first, I had them too tight and it chafed my neck a little, but with adjustment it now fits fine. A nice, snug fit at a decent price.

Sizing:
Feels half size too small
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments:
As a weekly experienced skater, I always wear a helmet, but havent had need to purchased new in a few years. I wanted a helmet that had both plenty of ventilation and lightweight and I was willing to pay the price. I wasnt disappointed in my needs, but am surprised that as a high end product,it neither comes with visor or cloth protector as did my old Bell. In addition, I have to return for size as its too small.
