By TC from Reno, NV on 11/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I normally wear an 11, but in KEEN I wear an 11.5. I went to 12 in these for the length, but they are a little wide. When I wear thick hiking or winter wool socks they're perfect. These are the best winter shoes I've found, easy on & off, comfortable and warm.

Nice shoes but too narrow for me By willa if the wide foot from worcester,ma on 11/15/2009 Best Uses: Cold weather, Day hikes, Everyday, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These seem like excellent shoes but are narrow for my super wide feet. Keens usually fit me great which is why I ordered these, but because the leather is somewhat rigid they really press on my big toe. Too bad because I think they're excellent otherwise. I returned them but other people with less wide feet should find them okay.

Keen's in the Australian Bush By Kokoda Ray from Melbourne Australia on 11/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Great Traction, Stable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Backcountry, Day hikes, Wet Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Giving the Shellrock Keens a workout in the Australian mountains - early days yet but they copped a pounding on 20K of jagged rocky mountain climbs with temperatures in the plus 30 celcius first day out. Felt slightly tight initially, but were spot on for day two. First time trying the Shellrock, we will se if they match the usual high performance of the previous Keen's - I expect they will!Yet to test out the waterproof performance (we are in drought!)
By The Wife Shops from Northern California on 11/15/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Cons: Don't make for women Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Loves these shoes. Bought a pair for hubby, then loved them so much due to how great they are for the area that we live in, that I bought a pair for myself too! Luckily I could fit the smallest size (8) they make. Great shoes for all styles of living. We love Keens, they are great shoes.
By The Wife Shops from Northern California on 11/15/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are really great Keens. We love Keens. They have become our favorite brand for just about everything. The problem with this shoe is that they only make it for men! So after seeing my hubby wear his everywhere and love them, I had to get some too. So I got the smallest pair they make and they work great (I wear 9.5-10, normal width). These are good shoes for work, play, and travel.
Another nice pull-on boot By Long time Keener from Odgen, Ut. on 11/15/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Warm Cons: Medium width is narrow Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The width information was unclear relative to original Keens. I was told that Medium was equivalent to standard Keen width - they were too narrow - I ordered the wide and they're great. For me the wide width is more consistent with what I'd call "classic" Keen width.
Warm and Great in the Snow~ By Mtns711 from Parker, CO on 11/15/2009 Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Just used them today for our most recent snow storm. I used them for sledding! They kept my feet dry and warm! I had a compliment on them already and the lady said she loved Keens and never seen those. I can't wait to try them out snowshoeing soon!
